Sharp Park Golf Summary Judgement Hearing

Federal District Court Judge Susan Illston on Friday, April 20 heard oral arguments in the Sharp Park Golf Course case on cross-motions for summary judgment by the plaintiff environmental organizations on the one hand and the City of San Francisco and the San Francisco Public Golf Alliance on the other.  The court took the matter 'under submission,' and is expected to issue a written opinion shortly.
